Grandma Shirley's Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 box ditalini pasta
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 2oz jar diced pimentos
- 1 small can of chopped black olives
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 Tablespoon fresh (or dried) parsley
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Best Made)
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard (dijon works too)
Cooking Instructions
Cook pasta al dente (please be sure you add salt to the water). Remove and strain. In mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Once pasta cools, add to mixing bowl, mix all together well and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving. Easy as it gets!
