Ingredients

3 avocados

2 green onions - chopped

2-3 serranos - chopped

Large handful of cilantro - chopped

Juice of 1 lime

2 to 3 teaspoons salsa (SASO for the win)

2 cloves diced garlic

Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Halve the avocados, discard the pits, and scoop out with spoon into mixing bowl. Add chopped green onions, serranos, cilantro, salsa, and lime juice. Mash well with potato masher or fork until well combined. Taste, then add salt and pepper for the correct finish.
